Home teams to rule A-League
The Australian A-League continues on Friday night with Adelaide United looking to bounce back from their 4-1 loss to Sydney last Monday when they host the Mariners at Hindmarsh. The Perth Glory will look for back to back wins when they host the lowly New Zealand Knights.
This weekend's match of the round will see Sydney host the Queensland Roar at Aussie Stadium on Sunday afternoon with a big crowd expected after Benito Carbone announced his arrival with a stunning debut for Sydney against Adelaide.
The round ends with the unbeaten Melbourne Victory out to make it seven on the trot when they head to Energy Australia Stadium to take on the last placed Newcastle Jets. Looks a big weekend ahead for the home teams. Winner Australian A-League 2006/07:
