With Leslie Sansone's High Calorie Burn you'll be amazed how easy it is to walk two miles when you're at home in front of your TV. It's time to turn up the intensity with this totally energizing workout that really incinerates the calories. This program includes easy to follow warm-up and cool-down sections along with weight resistance for turning your body into a fat-burning machine. Customer Review: Walk Away Your Woes Just bought this old tape cheap and it's a hoot. It's so hokey, it's fun. Obviously, all the people in the group were supposed to make some positive comment in the course of the workout and some had a hard time doing it. There's ornery ol' Randy in the back, Jenay who comments on how comfortable the exercise balls are, Jody who just had the baby - you learn about all these people just by watching them interact so it makes it amusing while you're walking. The steps are simple but effective, anybody can benefit from the exercises regardless of fitness level, and if you - heaven forbid - haven't shelled out a ridiculous amount of money for the handy dandy Walk Away the Pounds weighted balls, just use 2 pound hand weights. Highly recommend.

FREESTYLE MADE EASY - THE TOTAL IMMERSION SYSTEM Total Immersion: Freestyle Made Easy illustrates everything about freestyle swimming - how to kick efficiently; every part of the stroke - entry, catch, finish, exit and recovery; how to breathe - in the pool and in open water; and how to do both the relaxing open turn and the fast flip turn. To allow you to study all of this carefully, the DVD uses more views (surface, underwater, front, and directly overhead), more slow-motion and more stop action than any DVD produced before. Since 1989, Total Immersion Swimming has become a phenomenon among improvement-minded swimmers - the first program in the history of swimming instruction with "raving fans." TI has become so popular because it is simpler than any alternative; it works with unprecedented dependability and it makes swimming enjoyable and deeply satisfying. Freestyle Made Easy provides the whole picture on smart Freestyle. Running Time: 42 minutes Customer Review: great DVD, great instruction, but I'm grumpy First, yes, I echo what the other positive reviews have said. Music is cheesy, production is cheap-ish, examples are very clear and immediately useful, provides the clarity that the Total Immersion book doesn't. But really, I should not have had to get 1/3 of the way through the book before finding that I needed a $40 DVD (or, alternatively, a $500 weekend seminar) to really make use of its techniques. C'mon guys, raise the price of the book by $5 or whatever and include the DVD with it!

I've seen the product completely and I must say YOU DON'T NEED ANY PREVIOUS TRAINING IN BALLET/PILATES. I am a little overweighted and I was scared to buy an exercise package that I can't follow.....I was surprised with this kind of program.....the exercises are tough, bc they are made to sculpture your body.....but they are not difficult to follow. The only part you could get lost is the warming....and you just have to pay attention......everything else is easy to follow. The music will make you forget you are working out....you will be relaxed breathing. The dancers who participate are an inspiration!!! they make everyy move look so natural!!!! I give this product 5/5.....It's incredible how they conceived this kind of workout and adapted to normal people like us. This has worked for me better than the gym I've paid for 4 years. You won't regret of buying this product. Besides this reccommendation, getting ballet shoes would help even more.

A CD / DVD binder that can hold up to 320 CDs (160 with booklets) / Inside Cover Fast-File Pockets hold an extra 16 discs / Color - Black Unit Dimensions - 11.5 (l) x 5.5 (w) x 13.75 (h) Color - Black Customer Review: This is a nice case. I'll just jump right into it. Pros 1) Large amount of CD pockets. 2) Hard case shell with nylon that is actually stong. 3) Removable pages for easy organization and for adding more pages(You can buy more pages at Case Logic's site). 4) According to the Case Logic this case is resistant to heat, moisture and tearing. 5) 25 Years warranty. 6) Nice quality, no corners cut in manufacturing. Cons 1) The 16 sleeves that are on the inside of the hard shell case that you see in the picture are referred to as the "Now Playing". This is for your most played CDs that you don't put in the pockets of the pages so you can quickly access them. The problem is the sleeves are not tight enough and allow CDs to fall out and the only use I find for them is to hold the CD booklets. So 16 from 336 equal 320, that means you will have 320 places to put your CD's and 16 for you booklets. 2) The zipper is hard to pull but I assume cause it is new and needs to be used more to wear it in. That is about it on the cons. I liked the case so well that I bought another one to hold my PC games. So this is a very nice case and well worth the money.

Connect your appliances into the Kill A Watt, and assess how efficient they are. A large LCD display counts consumption by the Kilowatt-hour just like utility companies. You can figure out your electrical expenses by the hour, day, week, month, even an entire year. Monitor the quality of your power by displaying Voltage, Line Frequency, and Power Factor Customer Review: Works, but needs another item purchase Works as intended but due to its size on the outlet, its hard to plug other devices into the wall or plug strip when the Kill A Watt is used. So to get around this, you can purchase a short extension cord (1 to 3 feet) and use that. In the end I think regardless if it didn't have this issue, I would have still bought the extension cord just cause it allows it to be used farther away from the wall. Like in my case I bought this to monitor PC power usage and with the extension cord plugged in I can have this bugger sit on my desk in front of me and I can read the statistics and change settings on the fly right at my finger tips. 5 out of 5.

Customer Review: priceless I have owned this video for a while now, and I feel it is absolutely priceless. I have watched it many times and still do. As you progress as a golfer you will pick up more things from the video that you did not feel before. Just the slow motion of Jack Nicklaus not far from his prime make the video worth it. The slow motion segments are priceless. You can learn more from just watching him over and over and absorbing it, than you could from a thousand books. Jack, would you remaster it and put it on DVD? Please? I would be the first to buy it and add it to my collection and continue to watch it!!! The Amazon review here and some of the others are for Jack's book of a similar title which is great and was used by some current tour pros to help them learn the game; but the item pictured here and made available here is a VHS video. This is his full comprehensive video on the actual technique of hitting the golf ball. This is also made availabe as three seperate shorter videos breaking it down to 1)the full swing, 2)the short game, and 3)the control shots. This video contains all of that footage plus the deleted footage for each section on what not to do. There is a second video produced a little later which is called "Golf My Way:Playing the Game", which is also a full length video, but covers in detail the aspects of thinking and planning your way around the golf course, which was one of Jack's truly great strenghths. This stuff is always current and truly timeless. Applying this cannot but help your game.

Welcome to Belly Dance Arms & Posture, a practice for carriage, coiling and serpentine stylization. This practice was designed to be used in conjunction with your regular dance practice to increase strength, flexibility and the illusion of bonelessness in the upper body. The practice has 5 parts: Gentle stretching to relax and prepare the body for movement, Dance movement preparation to strengthen the legs, An intense shoulder series with both strengthening and stretching segments to prepare for serpentine arm movements, A short combination to illustrate the use of arms in dance and with torso movement and layering, Finishing poses to relax the spine and prepare you to re-enter your day. Customer Review: Good not only for dancers I am new to belly dancing, but not new to dance. This DVD makes a lot of sense; starting with build up the strength, great exercise stretching the muscles.Rachel Brice doesn't promise quick results, but mentions the necessity of consistent practice. And I see the exercises are great for me: they relax muscles when I am tired after computer work, or after driving on those horribly congested Southern Californian freeways. I would recommend this DVD not only to people who want to learn belly dancing, but also those who would like to add creativity to their daily stretches.I found the interview not too interesting, but the added bonus for me was Rachel Brice's performance, and what a dancing goddess is she!
